The Somerville Housing Authority, hereinafter referred to as SHA, realizing a concern for the health and safety of those who are on the premises of the SHA, hereby declares that the following items shall not be allowed upon the premises of the SHA and thereby prohibits the use of any and all of these items without the prior express consent of the SHA:

· Swimming pools
· Swing sets, slides, etc.
· Trampolines

In addition, the SHA shall prohibit the use of any other item that it determines to reasonably be a risk to the health and safety to individuals who are upon the premises.

NOTE: Wading pools used by young children may only be used under the direct supervision of an adult who will be present at all times the wading pool contains any amount of water. Wading pools may only be filled immediately prior to use and must be emptied entirely upon completion of use. There is a 10:00 p.m. curfew on wading pools.
