Clarendon Hill is a 216-unit state family housing development located in West Somerville. Clarendon features one, two, three bedroom apartments as well as a community room and off-street parking. A large Community Room is onsite as well as a recently renovated computer lab.In May of 2003 a new playground was installed with a collaborative effort of SHA, Tufts University, and an organization called Kaboom. In one day the playground was built. Be sure to see it!
