Listings are available to potential Housing Choice Voucher tenants seeking apartment units, duplexes, single-family homes, or townhomes in the private market. The Somerville Housing Authority is literally community serving community. Overseeing more than 1400 units of affordable Somerville housing, the employees of the Somerville Housing Authority have built a reputation for providing all SHA residents with the highest standards of decent, safe and sanitary housing.
